Relief For My Dry, Color-Treated Hair

I received two samples of Pureology cleansing conditioners from Reflections Salon in Mason City to try out.  The following is 100% my opinion from using those samples.

For anyone that has color-treated hair, I don’t have to tell you how damaging and drying that can be! Especially, if like me, you have done it for years. I have gone through numerous professional products, trying to find the right one for me. Imagine my excitement when I received these samples of this product to test.

I received one sample each of Pureology Strength Cure Cleansing Conditioner and Pureology Hydrate Cleansing Conditioner.

There was enough in each sample to try a couple days. I started with the Pure Strength Cure. The first thing I notice about my hair products are the scent. This one was not bad. I liked the feel of it and it rinsed easily. I did notice a difference when it came to combing out my hair. It wasn’t quite as easily to comb out as when I use my regular detangling conditioner. I completely dried my hair the first day and partially dried it the second to see if there was a difference. Happy to say, there was none. Both days my hair felt soft and I notice an increase in the volume, which was an unexpected plus!

The second sample, the Hydrate, I used the same way. I liked it okay, but I did not like the smell.  That alone for me, would keep me from buying this one. My hair did feel soft and was shiny-more like hair again.

Look at how fantastic my hair looks after trying these samples!

You can be sure that at my next appointment I will be picking up some Pureology conditioner!
