What was your favorite subject in school?
Had two and I really can’t pick one over the other. I imagine it will be no surprise that those subjects are creative writing and art! Loved them both and loved both of my teachers. They were good teachers that treated their students well!
Short little poem from high school:
I can only shed empty tears now, for the ones with the memories have all run dry.
“Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away” (George Carlin). When have you had such a moment?
There are far too many to post A moment. I could post the obvious ones-like seeing my children for the first time, holding them for the first time. All of their firsts. The graduations. I could mention all the trips I have taken and the places I have seen. I can mention every single time I am in nature. There are just too many. And I love that…that still, and always, there are moments in life that take my breath away!
What’s your choice: jigsaw, crossword, or numeric puzzles?
Jigsaw. I think they are all great for their reasons, but I like the building of a jigsaw puzzle and the feeling of accomplishment when it is done!
If you found an obviously abandoned car with $50,000 in the back seat, what would you do?
Is this an old old long abandoned car that has no way to find its owner? Then I would bank it, use it for fun and bills…but still always feel a bit guilty, I think.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Here is that question. I should just copy and paste my answer always. I am just grateful. It is truly my answer. I am most looking forward time at some upcoming events that will be spent with friends.
